Awning Fabric Replacement

Rubber Roof Maintenance

  • Wash rubber roof with an RV specific cleaner/lN protectant and rinse off

Rubber Roof Restoration

  • Thorough cleaning of roof with special cleaner
  • Apply 2 coats of titanium dioxide paint to roof rubber
  • Apply fresh sealant to all vent openings and transition seams

Refrigerator Cooling Unit Replacement

For 6-8 cu.ft units

  • Remove refrigerator from coach.
  • Install new cooling unit with 2-year warranty
  • Reinstall refrigerator to unit and test
  • Additional charge for larger refrigerators

Rubber Roof Replacement

  • Remove all vents, antennae and A/C units and edge trim
  • Remove existing rubber roof and clean wood sheathing
  • Install new rubber roofing
  • Reinstall all vents, antennae and A/C units and reseal
  • Reinstall all edge trim with new putty tape

Standard Winterization

  • Drain water heater, fresh water tank and low point drains
  • Blow out water lines with compressed air
  • Pump RV anti-freeze through water lines
  • Fill p-traps and toilet with RV anti-freeze
  • Up to 2 gallons of anti-freeze included

Slide Out Topper Fabric Replacement

  • Remove and replace fabric
  • Choice of black, or white fabric

Deluxe Winterization
